Diamond Builder is designed to be a comprehensive training program for athletes and trainees of all levels.
If you’re looking to get stronger, move better, or improve your physique this program is for you.

Each workout consists of a warm up, primary output exercises, accessory isolation exercises, and occasionally cardio/energy systems training.
Within each workout, every exercise comes with a video demonstration along with form tips, sets, reps, and things to look out for.
Sessions average 60-75 minutes total. -
Only equipment found at a regular public gym is needed. If you’re missing some equipment, we always provide easy substitutes to adapt to whatever you have.

The Diamond Builder program is split into two 3-day push, pull, legs workouts with an added 7th day for energy systems and body maintenance.
It updates every months so you get totally new workouts every 4 weeks. -
You get full access to all of your workouts from the past and present so you never have to worry about missing a day. You can always pick up right where you left off.
Within each workout, movements are tiered so if you’re short on time you’ll always be able to knock out the most important pieces first.
